For Home Mortgages' advances, if any brokerage applies, this is generally negotiated directly between the client and the Introducer. This should represent a fair reflection of the time, effort and skill required to facilitate a proposal, from application through to drawdown.
Home Mortgages can capitalise the agreed brokerage onto the client's loan and the Introducer will be paid upon drawndown of the loan.
In all instances, a signed Home Mortgages Introducer Mandate is required.
